Case one

A25E hinge card: Delivered in 2010, it underwent its first remanufacturing after 20,132 hours of use. After remanufacturing, it was used for another 17,000 hours before undergoing its second remanufacturing in 2023, which has been its ongoing use since then. It is estimated that the total lifecycle cost savings, including new machine procurement costs and maintenance expenses, will be around 2 million yuan.
Case Two

L220F loader: Delivered in January 2008, it underwent its first remanufacturing in 2014 after 28,000 hours of use; it underwent its second remanufacturing in 2019 after 52,000 hours of use, and has been in use for over 61,725 hours since then. It is estimated that the total lifecycle cost savings in new machine procurement and maintenance expenses amount to approximately 1.2 million yuan.
